Terms of Service

By initiating an order for custom flexible packaging (including stand-up pouches, eight-side seal bags, and rollstock), the client acknowledges that production is based on approved technical specifications and material structures.

Sengelin Packaging respects your brand's assets. All printing cylinders, custom die-cuts, and artwork provided by the client remain the client's property. Conversely, proprietary material formulations and technical innovations developed by Sengelin remain our intellectual property.

Standard lead times for custom orders are typically 15-25 days post-deposit and artwork approval. While we strive for "Service Foremost" efficiency, Sengelin Packaging is not liable for delays caused by international shipping logistics, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Due to the highly specialized nature of flexible packaging, custom orders are non-cancellable once the raw material extrusion or cylinder engraving process has commenced.
